Last week, I saw mix lentils dosa at Anamika’s feed veggiewok . For the love of dosas, I got too tempted with this idea. Here, I have not used the traditional recipe of Adai and have tried to use as many lentils as possible.
The view of these crispy dosas made in ghee, on cast iron dosa tawa was a splendid sight for me.Sharing the recipe for Dosa Batter in the comments. Also, some of you have asked about the Sambar recipe earlier, sharing my version, matured over a decade.
It may not be an ‘authentic’ sambar recipe, but definitely suits our tatse buds.
