Bengal Gram is known as the dark Brown Peas and Channa. It has good amount of iron, sodium, selenium and small amount of copper zinc and manganese. They are also a very good source of protein, folic acid and fiber. ✔What i did- ✅ I soaked channa overnight and boiled it with little salt. Mixed it with chopped onions, tomatoes,purple cabbage, pomegranate, jeera powder and lemon juice ✅Garnishedwithcorriander and lemon
