Dahi Idli Chaat

Recipe – Make Idlis, I made regular plain Idlis. Take 2 cups of thick cold curd and grind it with sugar,salt, ginger and green chillies in the grinder so that everything is mixed properly. Take 6 idlis in a serving plate. Pour this curd over idlis. Add tamarind chutney, boondi, pomegranate. Make a tadka using, oil, mustard seeds, curry leaves, corriander leaves, cashews and fried chana dal. Add this tadka before serving and enjoy! Feel free to add Sev/ green chutney/ red chilli powder if you wish.
