Crispy Carrot fritters served with guacamole and some mixed sprouts!
The idea of carrot fritters is inspired from one of Fahmim’s post magicingredient. I have been really longing to cook them for little A and tweaked the recipe with oats, without egg and some Indian spices 😁 *Mixed sprouts contain lobia (black eyed pea) kala chana or black chickpeas and mung bean (green gram) pomegranate arils, onion, tomato, lemon juice, black salt, chaat masala, fresh corriander. *Gucamole is an avacado and Greek yogurt dip with onions, black salt, black pepper, lemon juice, Chaat masala, bell peppers, crushed garlic and fresh corriander. *For the carrot fritters- grate fresh carrots, add onions, gram flour, oats, salt, garam masala, Chaat masala, green/red chilli (optional) Shape them in desired shape and pan fry them using little oil.
