MINT LEMONADE/MASALA SHIKANJI with Mint leaves- To Beat the Delhi Heat!! I have been preparing this refreshing summer drink every morning, that we keep sipping throughout the day. Totally refreshing, pleasantly fragnant and an Instant cooler.
Here’s how I make, for those who asked from the lunch box story❤️ Take few fresh mint leaves and lemon juice , little water and sweetner of your choice ( I use mix of coconut sugar and normal sugar) cumin powder, black salt, chaat masala. Blitz together everything till mint is properly grinded. Add more water, adjust other ingredients as per your taste and mix again. I prefer to sieve the lemonade before storing it since mint doesn’t blend properly in water. Store it in a glass bottle in refrigerator. It stays good for 8 – 9 hours!
