Monday Lunch- The very famous Gujarati “Daal Dhokli”
As much as I enjoyed cooking this one through d.srujan blog , it was even delightful to read her description. Thanks for inspiring this one my dear.

Well, I do need a bit of practice here to roll out perfect “dhoklis” but the taste was totally authentic. Served it with crispy “arbi” cooked in mustard oil,curd, chappatis and rice (not in the picture). Finished this off with sweet “ghevar”. Thanks to my dearest friend Madhu rinkalmaddyfood_n_traveltales for sending these vibrant mats in the background all the way from Ooty !! Eid Mubarak everyone ๐Ÿ˜Š
