Moong daal, oats and Quinoa chillas/ crepes filled with cottage cheese( home made paneer) and bell peppers! A nutritious, gluten free , delicious breakfast and a scrumptious snack option! Goes well with some ketchup and spicy green chutney! This is my humble contribution to contest hosted by gayatriisingh and onewholesomemeal ❤️ Here are the five ingredients-
1. Yellow Moong daal – Carbohydrates and Protein
2. Quinoa- Low glycemic index rich in carbohydrates, protein and fibre
3.Oats- Proteins, carbs, fibre and fats
4. Cottage cheese- Carbs, protein, Fats, Vitamin A, calcium, phosphorus, potassium and sodium
5. Bell peppers- Vitamins (VitC, B6, K1, Vit E, folate) and minerals (Potassium, Sodium) 🌿Recipe is in the comments
