Sprouted Moong & Paneer Curry, that I shared in my LunchBox story yesterday!
A very simple yet delicious and protein rich 💪curry! This Curry makes for a great substitution for vegetables specially in summers and goes well with Chapatis or rice.
Honestly, I just planned to make sprouts ‘sabji’ the way my Mom makes.
However, I added paneer and made it in a curry form for my daughter, who prefers it this way 🤷. The gravy is made with onions, tomatoes and poppy seeds खस खस . Added some grated fresh coconut as well along with selected spices and the curry came out finger licking good! The paneer & sprouts combination went well for everyone and I have been told to make this more frequently 😃
