Starting Tuesday with this simple vegetarian thali for lunch!! On my plate, clockwise-
1. Whole wheat chappati
2. Steamed rice
3. Carrot, cherry tomatoes and turnip salad
4. Daal palak ( Spinach daal) Split green moong daal pressure cooked with chopped spinach and tempered with ghee, jeera, Hing, red chilli powder and ginger
5. Mix veg- Containing spring onions, broccoli, corn, carrot, capsicum and paneer with basic Indian spices and a little bit of tandoori masala 😋
6. Jaggery as dessert 😊
