Today’s Lunch – Paneer Capsicum Masala cooked in a mix of ghee & butter with onion, tomatoes , capsicum and selected spices. Very delectable and the quickest panner dish that comes handy for those morning rush hours ❤️ Served it with parathas made from leftover dal & millet Khichdi ☺️ some cold carrot raita, cucumber, lemonade and sweet mangoes to make the meal more inviting😋
